Crestone Construction Inc. is a full service construction company offering a wide range of construction and construction management services. We specialize in custom and semi custom projects for residential and commercial customers. Our goal is to implement as many sustainable building techniques as possible in our projects. Services include simple preliminary estimates up through complete “turn-key” operations. The needs of the customer drive the services we supply. Our philosophy recognizes that customer satisfaction is the only true measure of success in the construction industry. It is our belief that the customer should be involved, at the level they are comfortable with, in their project. We also believe in customer education of the project, by explaining the steps and processes needed to complete their job. We achieve this by promoting a team approach throughout the life of the project. The team consists of you, the customer, the architect, all key sub contractors and ourselves as the overall integrator of services. By achieving a high level of communication and exploring creative ideas from all parties, we are confident we can provide the level of efficiency and professionalism you expect.

President/Project Manager- Marc Lyman: Marc has been working in the residential and commercial construction industry for over fifteen years. He graduated, cum laude, from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. Soon after, he started Crestone Construction Inc. and has implemented the ideas and beliefs that define the company today.
